2 lb. boneless pork cut into 1 inch cubes, browned
salt and pepper
6 slices bacon, diced
1-9 oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 tart apple peeled, cored and diced
4 cups chopped green cabbage
2 cups cran-apple juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork on all sides with salt and pepper. In a dutch oven, fry bacon until crisp. Add pork and
stir until brown on all sides. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour or until pork is tender. Season to taste. Serve this delicious stew with garlic bread and a light red wine.
