6 Cups Self-rising flour
3/4 Cup Butter, cubed and chilled (1 1/2 sticks)
2 1/4 Cups Cold milk
6 Tbl Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º

2. In large bowl, combine flour and 3/4 cup cold butter.
3. Using your hands or pastry blender, mix flour and butter until crumbly.
4. Add milk and mix well with fork until just combined.
5. Gently kneed dough a few times until it's just together.
6. Transfer to floured surface.
7. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
8. Using 3" round cutter, cut about 20 biscuits.
9. Place biscuits on baking sheet.
10. Brush with melted butter

11. Bake 20 - 30 minutes

Note: May store in freezer container for about 2 months. To reheat wrap frozen biscuits in foil. Warm at 350º for 20 oven.
