Single pie crust
1 15 oz Can of pumpkin
1/2 Cup plus 1 TBL packed brown sugar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp ground ginger
1/4 Tsp salt
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Half & Half
2 Tbl Bourbon
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Tbl Molasses
1 Tbl butter
1 Cup Pecan halves
1/2 Tsp sea salt

Bourbon Whipped Cream
1 Cup Whipping cream
1 Tbl Bourbon
2 Tsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º

2. Prepare pie crust, set aside
3. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, giner and 1/4 Tsp salt.
4. Stir in eggs until combined.
5. Stir in half and half, bourbon and vanilla until combined.
6. Pour into piecrust. Cover crust with foil.

8. Bake 40 minutes or until edges set.
9. In small sauce pan, combine molasses, butter and remaing 1Tbl of brown sugar.
10. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
11. Stir in pecans.
12. Spoon pecan mixture over pie.

13. Bake 15 minutes.
14. Sprinkle with sea salt
15. Cool and chill

Bourbon Whipped Cream
1. In a chilled bowl, beat whipping cream, bourbon and sugar until soft peaks form.
