1/4 cup butter (soft but not melted)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

...raisins, nuts - pecans or walnuts cut in small pieces

12 frozen, packaged tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.

Beat egg by itself

Mix butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
Then add egg and vanilla.

Place tart shells on a cookie sheet.
Place 3 or 4 raisins at bottom of each tart shell and 3 or 4 pieces of nuts (if using).
Fill tarts 2/3 full with egg/sugar mixture.

Put tarts in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
