2 tsp. butter
1/4 cup minced onion
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 dashes Tobasco
1 jar (8 oz.) water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 lb. crabmeat, flaked
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Sauté onion in butter until tender. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and seasonings. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat and fold in crabmeat and artichokes. Transfer to greased 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until light brown and bubbly. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
