1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 T. prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained,
flaked and cartilage removed
or
1-1/2 cups flaked fresh or frozen crabmeat
2 large eggs, hard cooked and finely chopped

Combine first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in crabmeat and eggs. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite crackers. Yield: 2-1/2 cups
