6 large eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped and packed
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Blend well. Layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 375ºF for 35 to 45 minutes until eggs are set.
