2 lb. ground beef
3 or 4 large potatoes, sliced
5 carrots, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1 bag frozen peas
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, season and drain. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. layer potatoes, carrots, onions, and seasoning. Add peas then ground beef. Mix broth with tomato soup. Pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until veggies are tender.
