1 small onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground allspice
1½ tsp. ground pepper
1½ tsp. dried thyme
1½ tsp. brown sugar
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

In large bowl, mix well all ingredients. Cover and marinate in fridge for about 4 hours (or as long as overnight), turning chicken occasionally. Preheat grill on high, lightly grease grill, then grill chicken on medium-high heat. Grill for 6 minutes on each side.
