1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1/2 slice bread, crumble into crumbs
1 onion chopped small
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor :
Put bread crumbs, onion, and spices into processor, mix together

Add meats and mix until it becomes a paste.

Set oven to 350.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal sections. Shape into cones and place on a tin foil covered cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 hour or when internal temperature reaches 180.
When done, let cool.

Slice thinly and reheat in a frying pan to crisp it up.

Serve on warmed pita bread, with Kojax sauce.
