1 Dozen Eggs
Pinch Cream of Tartar
4-5 drops Vanilla
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1/2 jigger Brandy per Mug
1/2 jigger Rum per Mug
Dash Nutmeg per Mug

Batter:
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Beat whites until stiff adding cream of tartar while beating.
Beat yolks until reasonably still and creamy.
Fold yolks into whites until well mixed.
Add powdered sugar (may need more to taste) and continue beating ‘til stiff.

Fill mug with boiled water and add dash of nutmeg over top.

Place 2-4 Tbsp. batter in mug depending on mug size. Add brandy and rum
