1 lb. Portabella Mushrooms
1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Gently wash mushrooms. Remove sand chop stems. Sauté sausage, then add mushroom stems and continue for 2-3 minutes. Drain thoroughly and mix in cream cheese. Place mushroom caps in a cake pan. Fill them with stuffing and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and continue for another 5 minutes. Best served hot.
