1 Jar Spanish Olives
3/4 - 1 cup EVOO
Equal parts of the following to taste:
- Garlic Powder
- Oregano
- Basil
- Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely grind Spanish olives. Soak in water for a few hours. Strain and squeeze out the water. Place in a bowl and add EVOO, garlic powder, oregano, basil and parsley. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Taste and adjust seasoning, and add EVOO, if necessary. Store in refrigerator. Serve over crackers. Good over Eggs, Burgers, etc., also.
