1 sm. can Water Chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr Veg. Soup Mix
8 oz. tub Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced thin
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, minced
10 oz. pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 Loaf Round Rye Bread

Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze dry. Mix all ingredients the day ahead. Slice top off bread and hollow out tearing into bite-sized pieces. Stuff dip into bread. Serve in middle of a serving platter scattering bread pieces around the perimeter.
