1 lb. ground meat
1 small can green chiles, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
2-3 cans tomato sauce
Chilil powder to taste
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
Lettuce, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
12 corn tortillas

Directions:

Brown meat in large skillet. Drain off grease. Add the flour, while stirring. Add the seasonings and then the tomato sauce and green chiles. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. You may have add a little water if it gets too thick. In a small skillet, cover the bottom with vegetable oil. In a small skilled over medium heat, cook each corn tortilla separately until warm and soft. Place softened tortilla onto dinner plate. Top with large spoonful of sauce then add cheese and onions. Place another tortilla on top and layer as before. You can place the plate in a warm oven to keep hot until ready to serve everyone. Just before serving, add lettuce, tomatoes and a fried egg. Enjoy with chips and hot sauce.
