4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1/2 onion, sliced
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 C. chicken broth
1/2 c. Marsala cooking wine (you can use red wine, but I like the cooking wine better for this recipe)
Season salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
3/4 C. water
1/4 C. flour

Directions:
In a skillet, brown seasoned chicken breasts with onions and mushrooms. Add chicken broth and wine and cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes. In a small bowl, mix water and flour to make a paste. Add to chicken and stir until thickened. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
