2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 TBSP chile powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1½ TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP lime juice
½ TBSP soy sauce
veggies of choice, cut ( different colors of bell peppers, red onion, jalapenos, etc.)
2 lb flank steak

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl, divide in half.

Mix oil, lime juice and soy sauce. Add 1/2 of spice mix and stir well.

Score flank steak and place in a glass dish. Spread marinade all over steak, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to cook. Should be at least a couple of hours or up to overnight.

Put a little oil in frying pan and heat until hot. Add veggies and sprinkle with remaining spice mix. Cook over medium high heat until crisp tender.

While veggies are cooking grill steak to desired doneness.

Slice steak thin and serve with tortillas or over lettuce.
