2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
1 C. sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour over frozen potatoes. Toss until covered. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Place in a large 9" x 13" pan. Top with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
