8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
4 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp milk
1 recipe Denver Biscuit dough (see Bread section)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients. Roll out Denver Biscuit dough and cut into squares. Place a dollop of chicken mixture on one side of each square and fold into triangle; seal shut. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes.

This was originally a Pampered Chef recipe, served at their home parties, and we've modified it a bit over the years. You can make them appetizer size for parties or snacking, or you can make them "hand-pie" size for a main dish or picnic lunch.
