2 1/2 c flour - cake and pastry (I use regular)
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs ( or 3 egg whites)
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg and cloves and salt
2 tsp bkg powder
1 tsp cinnamon and bkg soda
1 1/2 c bananas (about 4 medium)
icing sugar



Directions:

Grease 2.5 litre bundt pan or 9 inch springform pan or angel food pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Sift together dry. Fold into creamed mixture alternating with bananas.
Bake 40-45 min till tester comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. then turn onto plate and dust with icing sugar.

Bake 350ºF 50 min or CO 300ºF 50 min.

24 muffins, bake 35 min.
