3 large ripe bananas mashed
1 egg
1/4 c oil (top up to 1/3 c with water)
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c oats ( add bit more)
1/2 c whole wheat and white flour
1 tsp baking soda and powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1st 4 ingredients. Add oats. Mix dry together and add. Spray muffin tin with Pam.
Bake at 375ºF for 20 min. CO 350ºF 20 min
Makes 12 muffins.
