12 oz green beans
1 tbs unsalted margarine (or butter)
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt
1 tbs Soy Sauce (or Braggs Amino Acid)
1 tbs honey
2 tbs smooth peanut butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp or more minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pan on medium heat
Add margarine and oil
Add beans and a pinch of salt
Saute until beans are cooked through and starting to shrivel up, approximately 8-10 minutes
While beans are sauteing, combine Soy Sauce, honey, peanut butter, and garlic
Once beans are shriveled, add the soy sauce, honey, peanut butter and garlic sauce
Continue cooking in pan until beans are cooked all the way through
