3 cps. water
1 cp. uncooked grits
1/2 stick butter
3 cps. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground sausage
4 eggs
1/2 cp. milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a casserole dish. Bring water to boil in large saucepan, stir in grits and cover. Reduce heat and cook for 5 min. Mix in the butter and 2 cps. cheese. Brown sausage in skillet, drain and add to grits. Beat eggs, add milk and pour into grits. Salt and pepper to taste and pour into casserole baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 min.
