3 cps. heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 egg yolks
2 eggs
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In upper pan of double boiler over boiling water, heat cream with vanilla. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, yolks and sugar until light and creamy. Slowly stir cream into the eggs. Pour mixture back into double boiler over boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened and coating spoon. Pour into oven proof custard dishes and refrigerate. When ready to serve, cover tops of custard with brown sugar and place under broiler until sugar melts and caramelizes. Be careful not to burn.
