1 meaty ham bone
1 large container chicken stock
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
5 red potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 cp. frozen corn
1 cp. milk
2 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham bone in crockpot. Add onion, garlic and chicken stock. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Remove ham bone and add potatoes, carrots and cumin to stock. Turn heat to high and cook for another hour until potatoes are tender. After ham bone has cooled, pull meat off bone and add meat back to soup. Add corn and continue cooking. Mix flour and milk together until no lumps remain, then slowly pour into soup, stirring until stock becomes creamy. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
