1 stick butter, softened
1 cp. self rising flour
1 cp. chopped pecans
1 8oz. block cream cheese, softened
2 8oz. tubs Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 cps. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, flour and pecans and press into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 10 min. Combine cream cheese and 1 tub of Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Blend pudding mixes and milk in food processor for 1 min. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Spread remaining tub of Cool Whip over pudding layer before serving.
