First Layer:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts

Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

Third Layer:
1 small (3 oz,) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first layer in a greased 9½ x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
When first layer is cool, mix and spread over second layer.
Mix and spread third layer on top. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate over night.
