1 cp. butter, softened
2 cps. sugar
2 eggs
2 cps. buttermilk
4 cps. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, 2 cps. sugar and eggs together. Add buttermilk, flour and baking soda. Pour 1/4 batter in each of 2 loaf pans sprayed with PAM. Mix 2/3 cp. sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle 1/4 of cinnamon sugar mixture over batter in each pan. Pour remaining batter in each pan and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top of each. Bake 45-50 min.
