1 cp. butter
1 cp. brown sugar
1 cp. chopped pecans
40 saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Line large cookie sheet with foil and spray with PAM. Place crackers all over foil. Heat butter and sugar in saucepan until gently boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low boil and continue cooking and stirring for 3-4 min. Be sure not to overcook and scorch. Pour hot mixture evenly over crackers and sprinkle with nuts. bake for 5 min. Allow to cool completely. Break apart and store in tins. Surprise! It's toffee on a cracker!
