2 large bay leaves
Dried Thyme
1 large chicken breast (seasoned with lemon pepper)
1 32 oz box of chicken broth
1 onion
2 cups carrots, chopped
3 mince garlic cloves
2 cups frozen Reames egg noodles
4 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions, carrots, bay leaves, and thyme in olive oil. Add garlic once onions are translucent. Add chicken broth and 2 cups of water. Add chicken (once baked for 1 hour, cut and shredded). Let boil, then bring to simmer. Cook on low for 3 hours.

Bring back to boil and add noodles and cream cheese. Stir regularly for 10 minutes and enjoy!
