1 9" pie shell
2 slices Swiss Cheese (7x4)
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can tender chuck ham, chicken, or tuna, flaked with a fork
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup of half & half
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º
Place the Swiss cheese on the bottom of the pie crust.
Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms, and meat (could be ham, tuna, chicken....)

Mix the next ingredients in a bowl. (1 can ham/chicken/tuna; 3 eggs; half and half, flour and salt

Pour into the pie shell and sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese
Back at 350 degrees in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
