2 packages frozen chopped spinach
¼ c. chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
2 cans (4 oz. each) mushroom pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach, drain. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with salt and onions. Sauté mushrooms in margarine. Place on top of spinach. Top with cheese. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
