15 medium fresh peaches
1/2 c all purpose flour
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 c. sugar (cane)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 - 17 oz. or 2 - 10 oz packages refrigerated biscuits.

Directions:
Directions:
2 hours before serving, preheat oven to 450º.
Peel peaches and cut into 1/2" thick slices.
In a large bowl, toss slices with flour, lemon juice, salt 1-1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Spoon peaches into 13"x9" glass pan.
Bake 35 - 45 minutes until peaches are soft.
Put biscuits on top, cut into quarters, and cook 10 minutes longer.
