1 lb. Ground beef
4 Basil leaves minced
6 cloves Garlic minced
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Breadcrumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. Oregano
2 tbsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix (DO NOT OVER MIX)
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Roll the meat mixture into balls.
4. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. and preheat your oven to 250º (To keep the meatballs hot when you take them out of the oil)
5. Place up to 6 meatballs in the pan at a time depending on how big your pan is.
6. Once you have an even crust on your meatballs and they are cooked through, put them on a sheet pan and put them in the oven until all your meatballs are cooked.
