Butter 2 pats
Minced shallots
Shrimp
Salt/pepper
Splash of lemon juice
Splash Heavy cream
Pinch saffron
Splash white wine

Directions:

Melt butter, throw in shallots saute for a minute.
Add shrimp, salt pepper, lemon juice cooke for a minute.
Add rest of ingredients cooke for a few minutes.
Serve over white rice
