12 oz. peanut butter chips
14 oz. can of Eagle Brand milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts. Spread mixture on wax paper lined 8 inch square pan. Melt chocolate chips and remaining milk and butter. Spread on top and chill.
