1 (15 oz) can natural style sliced Bartlet pears in juice, well drained and cut into medium sized chunks

1/3 cup frozen corn kernels, boiled for 2 mins. and drained

1/3 cup red pepper, diced

1/3 cup green onions, some green parts included, chopped

1 1/2 tsp canola or vegetable oil

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour. Can be made one day in advance.
