1 cup sugar
3 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 stick butter
½ -1 cup Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag.
3. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and shake each in plastic bag with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
4. Layer biscuit pieces in buttered cake pan. (I used a tube pan).
5 Blend vanilla and butter with remaining plastic bag mix. If desired, add nuts.
6. Pour over biscuits pieces in pan and bake for 30 minutes.
