1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 cups Bisquick
½ cup water
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ cup melted butter/oleo

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar in ¼ cup warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Mix Bisquick with ½ cup water.
3. Add yeast mixture; stir. Dough should be soft but not gooey. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
4. Divide dough into fourths and roll each into rectangle ¼-inch thick. Brush with melted butter.
5. Mix sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle generously over each buttered rectangle.
6. Roll rectangles up in jelly roll style; Cut into 1-inch slices.
7. Place in greased pans (2 round 9-inch or 9-in x 13-in pan). Let rise for 30 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to 350º F.
9. Brush tops with remaining butter and cinnamon/sugar.
10. Bake at 350º F. for 20 minutes.
