1 box of lasagna noodles
6 cups of tomato sauce
1 lb. Sweet sausage
1 lb. Ground beef
1/4 lb. thick diced pancetta (or bacon whatever you prefer)
1 large onion minced
5 cloves of garlic
24 oz. of ricotta cheese
2 eggs
4 cups of mozzarella
2 cups of parmesan cheese
4 basil leaves
salt- to taste
pepper-to taste

1. Cook pasta noodles to al dente and let cool
2. Mince the basil leaves and put them in a pan with your mined onion, garlic, basil, sweet sausage, ground beef, and pancetta.
3. While your meat is cooking pour ricotta cheese into a bowl and add the two eggs and parmesan cheese and mix well.
4. Once the meat is done cooking drain out any excess fat in the pan and pour your tomato sauce into the pan and stir until everything is hot.
5. Get your lasagna dish and put a little bit of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the pan.
6. Place the lasagna in the bottom of the pan and spread the ricotta cheese onto the noodles. Then putting some meat sauce on top of the ricotta cheese evenly, then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on the meat sauce and continue that process until your dish is completely full.
7. Once you have reached the top of your dish generously pour the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the lasagna.
8. Wrap the top of the lasagna in tin foil and bake for 10 minutes at 350º.
9. After the 10 minutes take the tin foil off and bake it for another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
10. Cut and serve
