1 bell pepper sliced
1 red onion sliced
2 tsp of Provencal herbs black pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 pork tenderloin – 300 g
1/2 tbsp of mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC.
2. Mix the vegetables and the seasonings in a dish. Add olive oil.
3. Add the pork in pieces and coat them with mustard, salt and pepper.
4. Place the bowl into the basket, roast for 15 minutes.
5. Make sure that the oven bowl fits into the frying basket before adding the ingredients.
6. During cooking, turn the meat, and mix the vegetables.
