10 ounces of cod filet
1 cup of Panko
6 flour tortillas
1 cup of tempura batter
1 cup of cole slaw
0.5 cup of salsa
1 tsp of white pepper
0.5 cup of guacamole
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
1 lemon cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make the tempura batter by mixing 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, and half a cup of seltzer water cold.
2. Add some salt to the mixture, and make it smooth.
3. Cut the Cod filets into long 2 oz pieces. After doing so, season each piece with pepper and salt.
4. Use the previously made batter to cover the pieces. Dredge them in the panko.
5. Add the pieces into the air fryer basket.If your air fryer comes with a French Fry setting, choose that button.
6. The estimated frying time is 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn the pieces.
7. Once they’re ready, put a piece on a tortilla with guacamole, cole slaw, salsa, and a spritz of lemon juice. You can also add the chopped cilantro
