2 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 pint sour cream
1 oz brandy
4 egg yolks
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 1/2 cups of flour in a large bowl. Add salt, sour cream, brandy, and yolks. Mix well. Knead well, adding more flour a little at a time.Dough should be soft. Roll out until very thin. Cut with wheel cutter into rectangles about 2" x 4". Cut a slit in the center. Twist slightly and drop into very hot fat; fry until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
