3# meatloaf mix (pork, veal, ground chuck)
4-5 slices cubed bread
1 cup milk
2 onions, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 dashes thyme
3/4 teaspoon marjoram

Preheat oven to 350º

Soak cubed bread in the milk. Mix all other ingredients together. Add bread mixture and mix thoroughly.

Bake in covered pan for 1 1/2 hours or until done (no longer pink inside). Note: Halfway through baking, pour off excess grease from pan and continue baking.

Mom's meatloaf has been a family favorite for more than 40 years! Just to note: you can use all chuck meat if you don't care for veal or pork. Will still come out great.
