1 Strawberry Angel Food Cake Mix
2C heavy cream, whipped
1 Can Strawberry Pie Filling
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Line two 15x10 jelly roll pan with parchment paper or foil
Prepare cake mix according to the package.
Turn 1/2 of the batter into each pan and spread evenly to corners.
Remove form the oven and cool for 10-20 minutes and inver onto a towel dusted with confectioners sugar. Remove the paper and rool up cake in the towel.
Cool completely in towel.
Beat whip cream until thickened.
Fold pie filling into whipped cream.
Unroll cake and spread half of the cream filling on each cake.
Chill until served.(one roll may be frozen for later use)

Auntie did not say how long to bake the cake,it may be on the package or gently watch your oven.
I have not seen strawberry Angel Food Cake Mix but plain Angel Food Cake would be fine too!
