1 chicken cut into pieces or 1 lb boneless chicken breast/ thighs
1 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans coconut milk
2-3 white onions

Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken in butter.

Place chicken in a 9 x13 pan.

In pan chicken was cooked sate onions with butter until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup and coconut milk to onions. Pour mixture over top of chicken.

Cook for 45-60 minutes until chicken is cooked at 350º.

Serve over rice.
