3 lbs chicken parts, bone-in
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Arrange chicken in shallow dish, skin side up.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

Bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Running it under the broiler helps give it a pretty crust.

Yields: 6 Servings
