1 package mild Italian sausage
1 package mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 pint heavy cream
1 16 oz pkg bow-tie pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Break up the sausage and sauté with mushrooms in olive oil until sausage is no longer pink. Add onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper; sauté until onions are translucent. Add tomatoes and whipping cream and simmer until it thickens, 7-8 min.

Boil pasta and drain. Add the sausage mixture to the pasta.
