Bacon-Cheese Spaghetti Recipe

1 pound thin spaghetti
1/2 pound bacon, cut in 1/2" squares
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup grated parmesan
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti; drain and return to pot. Fry bacon in large skillet until almost crisp; drain on paper towel.

Stir wine into hot fat. Heat to boiling. Lower heat; simmer 3 min. Stir wine and bacon into spaghetti. Add eggs and 1/2 cup cheese; toss over low heat until egg sticks to spaghetti and appears cooked.

Serve with remaining cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
