2 tubs cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 can green chilies
1 cup red and green pepper, diced
1 small can sliced black olives
1 can corn, drained
1 can Mexicorn or Fiesta corn, drained

Combine all the ingredients. Chill overnight. That's it! What could be easier? It's better when it's prepared the day before you need it. It's every bit as good the second or third day.
